Termite activity in warmer weather

Coming into warmer weather Termite activity will increase. Signs of Termite incursion are often hard to detect to the untrained eye. More frequently, especially with Modern construction methods, we are seeing Termites foraging under floating timber flooring. Subtle changes to the timber, such as the ‘ rippling’ effect in some of these images give their position away. However, many homeowners don’t recognise the clues and dismiss this as subsidence or water damage.
